Senior Care Coalition

The Senior Care Coalition initiative was created to foster stronger connections, share resources, and create opportunities for learning and collaboration among those who care deeply about our area seniors. Each meeting is designed to allow senior care professionals to meet or reconnect with peers, learn more about the needs and services in our region, and be part of a growing network committed to improving care and coordination across settings.
